Overbooked, waiting on line before 6:30am for a 7:30am scheduled appointment for an oil change, I was the three car in line and I didn’t get out of there until 11:30am and had to cancel my 11:00an appointment. They told me that I should be finished by 9:30am on the express lane. I would never go back to this dealership and the service was terrible.

I've been a loyal customer at this Honda Service Center since 2009, and recently, I experienced something truly distressing. My personal belongings were taken from my car while it was being serviced, which has really shaken my feelings about a place I once considered welcoming and familiar. I've witnessed its changes over the years, from service reps to management to the enormous rise in labor fees, but I never expected to feel this way. It's unfortunate, and I can't help but feel a bit disheartened for letting my guard down.

Too expensive. Charges not fully explained. Mechanics add unnecessary charges and procedures that are not necessary in order to have your car inspected. They seem to take advantage of elderly folks.

They were moving so fast to jerk me they put the wrong VIN# on my paperwork. I realized the mistake and started calling right away. The car left with was not the vin # on my paperwork. I called immediately after I realized it and was told not to worry everything was right in their system. A few days later a lady hits me . Insurance doesn’t move forward with the claim because the VINs don’t match on my paperwork. I’m in a pickle and they all acting like it’s my fault . Worse experience ever . I’m still waiting for the situation to be rectified
